Experience
SHI International
DIRECTOR, WEB & AI SOLUTIONS
I lead digital platform strategy, web operations, and applied AI initiatives within SHI’s Marketing organization, translating emerging technology into scalable systems, stronger operating models, and practical business outcomes.
Since joining SHI in 2021, my responsibilities have expanded from oversight of the company’s WordPress-based Resource Hub into a broader leadership role spanning enterprise web strategy, marketing technology, AI enablement, technical governance, and organizational transformation.
My work has included:
- Developing strategy for SHI’s evolving enterprise website ecosystem
- Leading improvements across WordPress, Kentico, Marketo, analytics, consent management, and related marketing technologies
- Serving as a technical liaison between Marketing, IT, Information Security, vendors, and executive stakeholders
- Designing reusable Marketo systems that reduced repeated campaign-development effort
- Leading digital governance, accessibility, privacy, SEO, performance, and platform-improvement initiatives
- Creating executive reporting and capacity-management tools to improve visibility into demand, staffing, risk, and delivery
- Helping define AI operating models, product roadmaps, team structures, and governance frameworks
After completing the University of Texas McCombs Post Graduate Program in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, I began applying that technical foundation to enterprise AI adoption.
I developed and delivered prompt-engineering and AI-literacy programs across Marketing, helping teams move from experimentation toward repeatable business use. I have also shaped AI strategy, developed intelligent products, and helped translate emerging AI capabilities into practical opportunities for content operations, customer engagement, education, and organizational decision-making.
My role increasingly centers on bridging the thought gap between the technology and the executive—helping leaders understand what is possible, what is practical, and what must change for AI initiatives to create sustainable value.

The work supported Snow’s continued growth and digital maturity during the period leading to its acquisition by Flexera.
ChenMed
DIGITAL SERVICES TEAM LEADER
I joined ChenMed as a developer within its newly established Marketing Center of Excellence and was later promoted into a newly created leadership role responsible for expanding the organization’s digital delivery capacity.

Monkee-Boy Web Design
WEB MAINTENANCE MANAGER
I joined Monkee-Boy to lead ongoing support and enhancement work for the agency’s existing clients.
The role expanded from website maintenance into broader development, client consulting, requirements analysis, quality assurance, and digital problem-solving across a diverse portfolio of public-sector and commercial organizations.
Notable clients included:
- Texas Department of Transportation
- Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority
- ABC Home & Commercial Services
- SailPoint Technologies
This experience strengthened my ability to quickly understand unfamiliar platforms, translate client needs into practical solutions, and manage competing priorities across multiple accounts.
Umbrella Media
JUNIOR WEB DEVELOPER
At Umbrella Media, I contributed to web design, front-end development, branding, and early Drupal implementations for clients across financial services, travel, and consumer products.
Selected work included:
- Early development of single-sign-on dashboard experiences for Bank of America’s Member Solutions Store
- Complex carousel and content-interaction logic for Wavecation
- Logo and brand development for Azul Tequila

Special Audience Media
INTERACTIVE DESIGN SPECIALIST
I began my agency career supporting nonprofit, healthcare, charitable, and public-sector organizations that needed professional digital and print solutions within limited budgets.
The work required balancing design quality, accessibility, usability, technical feasibility, and cost—often finding creative ways to deliver enterprise-level outcomes without enterprise-level resources.
Notable clients included:
- Roll 2 Walk
- St. David’s Medical Center
- Texas Parks and Wildlife Department
This experience established an important principle that has remained central throughout my career: effective technology leadership is not defined by the size of the budget, but by the ability to understand the real need and design the right solution around it.
