Blogs-

Many CMS platforms are built around or contain blogging software, but often clients will want a simple separate blogging solution.  These are easily installed and maintained, and can be skinned to look like an existing site for continuity of branding.

Virtual shopping solutions-

shopping cart software and CMS shopping plugins allow users to list goods and services and receive payment for them online.  Once installed and configured, an online shopping solution provides a virtual storefront that can add a substantial boost in sales revenue.

Project management software-

Flash Animation and Menus-

while total flash websites have fallen out of popularity in recent years (they score poorly with search engines and their content is in a format web crawlers cannot index) some clients are interested in having small animations or animated menus built into the site.  Time is always a factor, but flash designs have the potential to captivate an audience and hold their attention.
